KARO SARAFYAN
Biography
Karo Sarafyan studied at the R. Melikyan Music College. From 1976 to 1991, he played in the Armenian State Estrada Orchestra under the leadership of Konstantin Orbelian. Since 1993, he has collaborated with numerous representatives of Armenian music. He has toured in more than 40 countries worldwide. He released the albums Utopia (1999) and Short Stories (2002). Utopia won the "Best Album" award at the Armenian Music Awards in Los Angeles in 2000. Since 1996, he has worked with singer Tata Simonyan. He has directed seven music video.
